Our Process is a comprehensive and tailored approach to ensure the success of your project.
We start with your project simultaneously making sure that everything is done according to your vision, and we finish it in style.

Step 1
At IDCS we start your project by conducting a detailed site survey and preparing as built plans that include 2D floor plans, building elevations and existing mechanical electrical and plumbing equipment.
Step 2
Design consultation meeting. This meeting focuses on review of as build plans and discussion of desired design scope of work. In this meeting owner is provided with a paper copy of 2D as build plans, digital PDF
Step 3
Design review with owner and adjustments as needed.
Step 4
Construction permit. In this step we preform code compliance review and submit plans for approval.
Step 5
Construction budgeting. In the construction phase we provide owner with detailed construction schedule, review contractor’s proposals assemble complete bid package, manage required building inspections as quality inspections.
